This website combines the core concepts of our Transparency Position Statement and Commitment to Quality to allow you to see our performance measurements and learn about the improvements we’re making to better serve you. Sharing this information allows us to connect with our patients and create stronger relationships with the community.
 
In this site, you’ll find measures in three categories: Keeping Patients Safe, Providing Effective Care, and Providing Patient-Centered Care. Each measure is accompanied by a description of how the measure was taken, and why it’s important to patient safety and quality of care. The measures allow you to see how MMC ranks against other hospitals, nationally and regionally. You will also find Improvement Stories, which detail how we’ve made positive changes using information collected by thePt_Nurse_teach_01 v2.jpg measures. Plus, learn how to get involved in our improvement program with the Safe Patient and Family Centered Care Advisory Council.
